In line with government guidelines, we have had to close the salon again! We can only hope to be allowed to reopen again on the 2nd December.
All clients who were booked in have been contacted with their new appointments. If you wish to make an appointment please use our online booking system. We have our clients safety as a priority so have introduced various safety measures ready for our return!
THE SALON

We have had the salon professionally disinfected and it has been thoroughly cleaned throughout to make sure the salon is fit for purpose when we return.

We have rearranged our salon sections to provide us with more space within the salon and also added partitioning to separate between stylists.

We will be only be carrying out services on a one client per stylist bases.

We will thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces in between each client.

All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after each treatment.

We will aim to keep ventilation running through the salon by keeping the door open.

Hand sanitiser will be available throughout.
OUR TEAM & SERVICES

All staff members have been doing continual training on covid-19 and more health and safety to ensure we are the best we can be educated on the current situation.

Meetings have been held between our team to work on best practice to keep ourselves and our customers safe.

Our stylists will be wearing masks and PPE (personal protective equipment) during all treatments where required.

We will maintain high levels of personal hygiene including washing of hands before and after each treatment.
OUR CLIENTS

We will be operating a curb side check in, meaning you will have to wait at the front door for your stylist to come and check you in.

We ask that you wear a face covering for your appointment, these can be purchased from the salon.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon your arrival and during your treatments. Please bring minimal personal items with you when visiting the salon.

No guests or children allowed throughout your appointment to avoid over crowding.

If you need products please ask your stylist, please do not touch retail products.

Magazines and refreshments will not be provided.

Contactless temperature checking may be carried out.

Toilet will be out of bounds unless urgently necessary.

Please ensure that your are on time for your appointment rather than late early to avoid waiting outside for long periods of time or missing your appointments.

Please use the sanitiser provided.

We ask you kindly to please contact us and NOT visit the salon if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell or If any person in your household has a temperature or is feeling unwell or self isolating.

Please do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is self isolating or displaying symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19.
